- Follow simple instructions

CLEANLINES

- After P.E lesson , dress smartly

- Wash hands

- Tie long hair

SAFETY

- Inform teacher if not well

- If there is any injury inform teacher immediately

WHY P.E IS IMPORTANT ?

- To achieve general fitness ( healthy )

- To grow well ( taller , slimmer )

- To have fun during P.E activities or games

- To able interact with team-mates and able to socialise well

- To enhance a very good relationship with friends

- To be able to give and take or to share

- To achieve team spirit

- To be kind to your friends

- To achieve great success in sports

- To be positive pupil

- Don't give up easily

P.E LESSON ( 45 mins )

- Attendance ( 5 mins )

- Warm-up ( run 3 rounds basketball court 5 mins )

- Flexibility ( 12 mins )

- Games/P.E activity with sports apparatus ( 20 mins )

- Cool down ( relaxing exercise 3 mins )

- MID YEAR FITNESS TEST

- FINAL YEAR FITNESS TEST

and she have been REQUESTED to SRI KL secondary school .

when i reached school , someone told me .

Gary : shiying , you know super junior is coming lerh ! 20th march .

I : i know . but too expensive can't go . aikes ...

you wanna sponsers me kah ?
